A weekly, two-part tactical ETF strategy: tech-heavy trend/momentum trading plus a volatility crash-catcher. It rotates among QQQ/QLD/SPY, Treasuries, and inverse or volatility funds based on trend and overbought/oversold signals.

Splits money between a tech‑tilted trader and a crash‑catcher. It reads trend (price vs 200‑day average) and a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves (RSI). Uptrend: hold QQQ or a similar growth ETF; if QQQ looks overheated, briefly bet against it. Downtrend: move to Treasuries, sometimes short stocks, or take quick rebound bets. Crash‑catcher buys VIXY (volatility) only when stress is rising; otherwise sits in short‑term Treasuries/cash. Rebalances weekly. ETFs used: QQQ (big tech), SPY (broad), QLD (2× QQQ), PSQ/SH (short), SHY/BSV/BIL (cash‑like), VIXY (volatility), ARTY (growth).
