This strategy starts with 10 companies that may be less vulnerable to disruption from AI—businesses like live events, building materials, timber, healthcare services, and tobacco. Every 3 months, it looks at which of them have held up best in recent months, favoring stocks with the smallest recent drops from their highs (a sign of steadier strength). It then buys the top 5 and gives each about the same weight.
