If yes, risk-on: hold TQQQ unless extremes—if “too hot” (RSI >~79) go to UVXY (volatility); if “very cold” (RSI <~30) buy dips in SOXL/UPRO/XBI. 2) If below, risk-off: prefer SQQQ (-3x Nasdaq) or UGL (2x gold); only buy TECL/SOXL on deep dips or a short-term upturn. RSI is a 0–100 hot/cold gauge. TECL=3x tech, SOXL=3x semis, UPRO=3x S&P, XBI=biotech.
