Daily, rules-based mix of two parts: (1) a steady core in Treasuries (cash/short/intermediate), consumer staples, and a trend-timed gold sleeve; (2) a tactical sleeve that adds/cuts risk using simple checks on trend (moving averages), “hot/cold” (RSI: 0–100), and recent moves for stocks (SPY/QQQ), bonds (TLT), and commodities (DBC). In uptrends it leans into tech/semis (sometimes small 3x ETFs); in stress/overheat it shifts to cash/Treasuries or hedges (inverse/volatility ETFs).
