A daily, rules-based mix: ride tech/semis in uptrends, hide in Treasuries or T‑bills when weak, use hedges (VIX/short ETFs) in stress, and add gold/commodities in inflation—all on simple trend and “heat” (RSI) signals.

Each day it checks: 1) Are stocks above their long-term average (a simple trend line)? 2) Is the NASDAQ running hot or cold (0–100 heat score, RSI)? 3) Are long Treasuries rising or falling? Then it shifts between: growth (3x tech/semis like TQQQ, SOXL, TECL), safety (T-bills/short Treasuries: BIL, SHY, IEI, or TLT), hedges (VIX funds or short ETFs), and inflation plays (gold GLD, commodities DBC). Leveraged/VIX funds are high risk; nothing is guaranteed.
