About

Own the 16 strongest performers from a curated list of 50 global blue‑chip stocks. Each month, rank by past 12‑month return and equal‑weight the top names. Stays with current winners; concentrated and can be jumpy around market reversals.
NutHow it works
Start with a hand‑picked list of 50 big global companies (their short codes are “tickers”), reviewed 1–2×/yr. Each month, measure each stock’s total gain over the last ~12 months. Pick the 16 with the strongest gains (a simple “momentum” rule: recent winners often keep winning). Put the same dollars in each (≈6.25% apiece). Next month, recheck and swap in new leaders.
CheckmarkValue prop
16-name momentum sleeve, equal-weighted, monthly rebalance. Out-of-sample shows superior risk-adjusted returns vs S&P: Sharpe 2.68 vs 1.95, positive alpha, and ~101% annualized vs ~32% for SPY, with Calmar ~8.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
