This strategy first checks whether the overall U.S. stock market looks healthy by asking: is SPY (an S&P 500 fund) above its 200-day average price? If yes, it buys the 5 strongest recent performers from a basket of speculative AI, space, energy, biotech, neurotech, and recent-IPO names, equally weighted. If no, it moves 100% into SGOV, a very short-term U.S. Treasury fund.
