Each day it checks SMH (a semiconductor ETF holding chipmakers like Nvidia/TSMC). If SMH’s 20‑day average price is above its 50‑day average (uptrend), it equally holds 10 AI‑infrastructure stocks with the strongest recent momentum (RSI = a 0–100 “heat” score of recent ups vs downs). If not, it shifts 100% into one defensive ETF (bonds/staples/utilities) with the lowest short‑term RSI (most oversold).
