When semiconductors trend up, it equally buys the 10 strongest AI‑infrastructure stocks by recent momentum. When they don’t, it moves into one oversold defensive ETF (bonds/defensive sectors). Rebalances daily; concentrated and momentum-driven.

1) Check the semiconductor ETF “SMH.” If its short-term average price (last 20 days) is above its medium-term average (last 50 days), chips are trending up. 2) If uptrend: buy the 10 AI-infrastructure stocks with the strongest recent “speed/heat” (RSI, a 0–100 score of how fast price has risen vs fallen). Equal-weight them. 3) If not: buy just 1 defensive ETF (bonds or defensive sectors) that is most “oversold” (lowest RSI). Rebalance daily.
