About

When semiconductors trend up, own the three strongest (but not overheated) tech/semis names; if any are too hot, use T‑Bills instead. When semis lose trend, rotate into the two most beaten‑down bond/defensive ETFs. Equal‑weight, rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
Each day: 1) If the Semiconductor ETF (SMH) is in an uptrend (its 20‑day average price is above its 50‑day), buy 3 equal‑weight stocks from a preset tech/semis list with the highest RSI values under 80. RSI is a 0–100 “heat” gauge of recent price moves. Over 80 is “too hot,” so those get swapped for a cash‑like T‑Bill ETF (BIL). 2) If SMH isn’t in an uptrend, split money between the two most beaten‑down bond/defensive ETFs (e.g., BSV, TLT, XLU) until the uptrend returns.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-driven tactical sleeve adds diversification to the S&P 500 with a built-in cash proxy when overheated and a defensive tilt in down markets, offering disciplined risk control and potential protection during tech-cycle shifts.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
