Each day it checks if chip makers are trending up using SMH (an ETF of big semiconductor names). It compares SMH’s 20‑day vs 50‑day average price; if 20>50, it buys up to 3 AI/semiconductor stocks with strong but not “too hot” momentum (RSI is a 0–100 heat gauge; >80 = too hot). Any “too hot” slot goes to BIL (T‑Bills). If SMH isn’t trending up, it splits into 2 most beaten‑down defensive ETFs (bonds, utilities, healthcare).
