Each day it checks simple momentum gauges (RSI = a 0–100 “heat” score; moving averages = recent average price) on stock, tech, and Treasury‑bond funds. If defensive assets look strong and stocks look soft, it shifts to bearish Nasdaq or rising‑volatility funds. If stock/tech momentum looks strong, it buys 2×–3× bullish stock/tech funds. Some tickers (KMLM, IEF/TLT/BSV, VTV) act as weather vanes.
