This strategy checks the market every day and puts all its money into just one fund at a time. It mostly asks: Are investors acting fearful or confident? It looks at recent price strength in stocks, Treasury bonds, tech, volatility, and a trend-following fund (KMLM). If conditions look risky, it often buys funds that profit when the Nasdaq or tech falls. If conditions look strong, it may buy aggressive funds that magnify gains in the S&P 500 or tech stocks.
