First, check if SPY is above its 200‑day average price (average close over ~10 months; a simple uptrend test). If yes, 60% goes to an equal mix of the top 3 by 90‑day return among TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), UPRO (3x S&P 500), SOXL (3x semis), UDOW (3x Dow 30). If not, that 60% moves to BIL (T‑bills). The other 40% is split between IEF (7–10y Treasuries) and TLT (20+y), giving more to the calmer one (lower 30‑day volatility). Rebalances weekly.
