About

Daily, aggressive trend-following. Buys up to two of TQQQ, UPRO, and ARKK when they’re rising but not overheated; otherwise parks in T‑bills (BIL). Equal-weight, momentum-driven, with a cash fallback.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks three funds: TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), UPRO (3x S&P 500), and ARKK (innovation stocks). A fund is used only if its medium‑term trend is above its long‑term trend (50‑day > 200‑day) and it isn’t overheated (hasn’t spiked too fast recently). Among those, it picks up to two with the strongest ~3‑month trend and splits money equally. If few/none qualify, the rest goes to BIL (T‑bills). Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Outperform the S&P 500 with a disciplined, momentum-driven strategy. OOS returns ~28% vs SPY ~14%; strong risk-adjusted profile (Calmar ~6.6) and a built-in cash fallback, reducing downside risk during choppy markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
