A daily‑rebalanced, high‑octane trend strategy that flips between Bitcoin/Ethereum and Gold, and uses market “risk” signals to swing among 3x Real Estate, 3x long/short Treasuries, and 3x NASDAQ (TQQQ/SQQQ). Very volatile; drawdowns can be large.
NutHow it works
It runs 4 sleeves and rebalances daily: 1) Crypto/Gold: If Bitcoin is above its 120‑day average (its recent average price), hold Bitcoin (IBIT) and Ethereum (ETHA); otherwise hold Gold (GLD). 2) Real Estate 3x: If 7‑10Y Treasuries (IEF) are rising vs their 7‑day average, buy DRN; else DRV. 3) Treasuries 3x: If Real Estate (VNQ) is above its 5‑day average, buy TMF; if below its 20‑day, buy TMV; otherwise TQQQ. 4) NASDAQ 3x: If junk bonds (HYG) show strength (RSI>50 means recent strength), buy TQQQ; else sometimes SQQQ; otherwise TQQQ.
