Each day it checks a simple trend: is the S&P 500 (via SPY) above its average price over the last ~50 trading days? If yes, it holds a cautious mix (~24% stocks/real estate, ~76% U.S. Treasuries incl. short‑term and inflation‑protected). If not, it switches to a diversified 60% stock/40% Treasury mix tilted to cheaper, smaller companies across the U.S., international, and emerging markets.
