An adaptive, K‑1‑free “all‑weather” mix that tilts with interest‑rate and volatility signals: levered stocks/bonds when rates fall, defensive sectors/strong USD/inverse funds when rates rise, plus a small commodity sleeve and a crash switch to short‑term Treasuries.

Starts near 30% stocks, 55% bonds, 15% commodities. If fear spikes (VIXY is “hot”), the stock piece parks in short‑term Treasuries. Otherwise it checks interest‑rate trend. Falling rates: use leveraged stock and bond funds for upside. Rising rates: rotate toward defensive sectors, some funds that rise when stocks or bonds fall, and the US dollar (USDU). Commodities stay as a small, diversified sleeve picked by recent strength. RSI = a short‑term speed/heat score (0–100).
