It first decides if markets are friendly or dangerous by checking stocks (SPY), bonds (TLT/IEF), volatility (VIXM), the US dollar (UUP), and commodities (DBC). If risk looks good, it buys the strongest “leader” (often 3x tech/semis). If risk looks bad, it shifts to hedges (bear ETFs, dollar, bonds, or gold). It also uses short-term “overbought/oversold” signals (RSI) to fade extremes and re-checks the bond market before committing.
