About

A fast, tactical, leveraged strategy that rides tech/semiconductor uptrends, but shifts to cash, bonds/gold/commodities, or bearish/volatility hedges when stress hits—guided by overbought/oversold, volatility, and 6‑month trend checks.
NutHow it works
It watches three dials: 1) stock “heat” (RSI = pace of recent gains/losses on a 0–100 scale), 2) volatility (VIX), and 3) 6‑month trends in stocks, bonds, gold, commodities, and the US dollar. In calm uptrends it loads TQQQ/SOXL/TECL/CURE. In stress it goes to cash, bonds/gold/commodities, or flips to SQQQ/SOXS/TECS/UVXY. It runs several timing windows and sizes calmer picks bigger.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, regime-switching strategy that rides tech uptrends and hedges stress. Out-of-sample, ~42.5% annualized return vs SPY ~21.8%, with Calmar ~1.39. Higher upside and risk-adjusted return, but larger drawdowns during crashes.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
