This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system. It mostly watches whether US stocks—especially tech and semiconductors—look unusually hot or unusually beaten down. If they look washed out, it buys high-powered funds that rise when tech rises. If they look overheated or fear jumps, it flips into funds that profit from falling stocks or rising volatility. In mixed markets, it rotates among tech, healthcare, bonds, commodities, gold, and the US dollar.
