This strategy is a fast-moving mix of 4 mini-strategies. It first asks: “Is the overall U.S. stock market healthy?” If yes, it leans toward the strongest areas among stocks, bonds, cash-like funds, and metals. If not, it either buys beaten-down stock funds for a rebound or hides in hedges like volatility and short-market funds. The other parts hunt for recent losers in consumer sectors, metals, and defensive stocks, betting on a bounce.
