About

Rotates among 3x short Nasdaq (SQQQ), 3x biotech (LABU), or a tech-heavy mix (TQQQ plus big tech/semis) using a 5‑day drop test and a simple 10‑day “heat” gauge (RSI) to fade extremes and ride tech in normal conditions.
NutHow it works
QQQ tracks the Nasdaq-100. TQQQ targets 3x QQQ’s daily move up; SQQQ targets 3x the inverse. LABU is 3x biotech. RSI is a 0–100 “heat” score (high=hot, low=cold). Rules: If QQQ fell >6% in 5 days, it mostly goes SQQQ (fade), unless extremely washed-out, then LABU. Otherwise: if very hot (RSI>80) SQQQ; if very cold (RSI<31) LABU; else hold TQQQ + big tech/semis.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~41% vs SPY ~19%; Sharpe ~1.06; Calmar ~0.88. Beta ~2.09; max drawdown ~47% vs ~19%. Captures big tech upside with higher risk—strong alpha for growth-focused investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
