This strategy is a market “weather system.” It checks whether stocks, bonds, and fear indicators look healthy, overheated, or dangerous. In calmer uptrends, it buys stock-heavy funds, often tilted toward tech and growth. When markets look too hot or risky, it rotates into safer holdings like very short-term Treasury funds, gold, bonds, defensive funds, volatility funds, or even funds that rise when markets fall.
