It’s a rule-based “go with the flow” portfolio. When big stock indexes trend up, it leans into U.S. stocks (often tech). If prices look overheated or volatility jumps, it dials back risk and adds hedges (volatility funds, market‑neutral, cash). When trends break, it shifts to Treasuries or cash. Commodities (oil, gold, broad basket) are added when they trend up. It sizes positions by recent volatility and rebalances daily. Uses some leveraged/inverse ETFs, handled carefully.
