About
Keeps ~90% in T‑Bills and uses the remaining ~10% to tactically flip between 3x Nasdaq, inverse tech, volatility, or cash using simple “heat” (RSI) and trend filters—aiming for steady gains and defense in selloffs.
90% sits in T‑Bills (cash). The other 10% trades using a heat meter (RSI, 0–100) and trend lines (20/200‑day).
• Too hot → buy a “fear/volatility” fund that rises when markets fall.
• Too cold → buy 3x tech/semis/S&P for rebounds.
• Otherwise follow trend: up → 3x Nasdaq; down → inverse tech or cash.
If drops get severe, go to cash.
Out-of-sample, it beats the S&P on risk-adjusted basis (Sharpe 1.96 vs 1.10) with far smaller drawdowns (4.8% vs 18.8%). A 90% cash core plus a 10% tactical sleeve targets steady gains, cushioning losses while still chasing growth.
