This portfolio keeps 90% in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL) and uses only 10% for active trading. That 10% checks whether the market looks overheated, weak, or in a healthy trend. If stocks look too hot, it buys VXX, which tends to rise when market fear jumps. If tech or the broad market looks beaten down, it buys aggressive funds tied to semiconductors, tech, or the S&P 500. Otherwise it follows a trend system that can own bullish Nasdaq exposure, bearish Nasdaq exposure, or move back to Treasury bills.
