About
A 1990s‑themed bundle of stock and QQQ mini‑portfolios, combined by inverse volatility. It buys oversold blue‑chips, rides tech trends, and shifts to a bond fund when markets get choppy. Minimal top‑level rebalancing.
It bundles several small portfolios, then gives the calmer ones bigger weights (inverse volatility). Pieces: 1) static Costco+UnitedHealth. 2) Buy big “household‑name” stocks that look oversold by RSI (a 0–100 score from recent up vs down days; low=oversold). 3) Old‑tech momentum mix. 4) Equal‑weight ’90s winners. 5) Buy recent laggards. 6–9) SPY/QQQ trend rules: ride uptrends in QQQ; if volatility spikes or trend weakens, park in a bond fund (VBF). Rebalance only when weights drift a lot.
Risk-aware, diversified mix of blue chips, old-tech momentum, and bond hedges. Lower beta (~0.92) and a Calmar ~0.66 offer steadier risk-adjusted returns with a different return path than the S&P 500, especially in choppy markets.
