This strategy checks a few “market temperature” signals each day, especially from the broad stock market (SPY) and long-term U.S. bonds (TLT). If the stock market looks too strong/hot, it sits in SHV, a cash-like Treasury fund. If not, it uses bond strength to decide whether to buy aggressive tech/semiconductor funds, bearish funds that profit when tech falls, a bond-falling fund, or sometimes TLT itself.
