This strategy first asks: is the U.S. stock market in a healthy long-term uptrend or not? If yes, it mostly bets hard on big tech/growth stocks using TQQQ. But if the market has run up too fast, it temporarily switches to UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear spikes. If no, it becomes defensive: it may hold bonds, defensive stocks, or even bet against tech with SQQQ. It will still sometimes buy beaten-down tech for a quick rebound.
