An aggressive, rules‑based trader that times fear and momentum: short‑term signals push it into UVXY/bear ETFs when markets look “hot,” and into 3× tech/semis when they look “cold,” with bonds/gold/cash used as safety when risk is high.

Daily, it reads simple “heat gauges” (RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold score), short‑term moves, and the “fear index” (via VIX funds). If stocks look overheated or fear is rising, it buys UVXY or bearish 3× tech/semis. If stocks look washed‑out and bonds aren’t flashing danger, it buys 3× tech/semis (TECL, SOXL, TQQQ). Otherwise it parks in safer spots (T‑bills, dividend ETFs, bonds, gold). Very aggressive; flips fast.
