If fear spikes (UVXY jumps) or the broad trend turns down (SPY below its 200‑day line), it hedges with inverse funds (SQQQ/SOXS), moves to UVXY, or parks in short‑term bonds (BSV/SHY/BIL) or Treasuries (TLT).
