About

An aggressive, rules‑based swing strategy. It buys 3x tech/semis (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/SPXL) on dips and in uptrends, hedges with UVXY when the market looks overheated, and shifts to bonds/cash or bear ETFs (SQQQ/SOXS) when risk rises.
NutHow it works
It splits money between two rule sets. Most of it rides tech/semis with 3x ETFs (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, SPXL) when short‑term signals say “oversold” or trends look healthy. If things look overheated, it briefly buys UVXY (a volatility spike play). If trends weaken or fear rises, it moves to short‑term bonds/cash or flips to inverse 3x funds (SQQQ/SOXS). SPY’s 200‑day trend is a big on/off switch.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ≈80.8% vs SPY 23.5%, with Calmar ≈1.87 and Sharpe ≈1.40 (near SPY). Seeks big tech/semis upside with volatility hedges and bonds/cash for risk control—though drawdowns can exceed the S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
