It rotates among: 3x bulls (TQQQ=Nasdaq-100, TECL=tech, SOXL=semis, SPXL=S&P 500), 3x bears (SQQQ, SOXS), volatility funds (UVXY/SVXY), and cash-like bonds (BSV/SHY/BIL/TLT). It buys 3x bulls when a simple speedometer of recent ups vs downs (RSI) says they’re cold (<30) or when trends are strong; if they’re hot (>80) or fear jumps (UVXY), it parks in bonds or flips to the inverse/vol funds. 70% fast swing, 30% slower trend with a 200‑day market filter.
