About

A rules-based, high-octane strategy: buy 3x tech/semis on dips in uptrends, hide in bonds or use inverse/volatility funds when fear spikes or momentum breaks. 70% fast swing modules, 30% slower TQQQ trend model.
NutHow it works
It rotates among: 3x bulls (TQQQ=Nasdaq-100, TECL=tech, SOXL=semis, SPXL=S&P 500), 3x bears (SQQQ, SOXS), volatility funds (UVXY/SVXY), and cash-like bonds (BSV/SHY/BIL/TLT). It buys 3x bulls when a simple speedometer of recent ups vs downs (RSI) says they’re cold (<30) or when trends are strong; if they’re hot (>80) or fear jumps (UVXY), it parks in bonds or flips to the inverse/vol funds. 70% fast swing, 30% slower trend with a 200‑day market filter.
CheckmarkValue prop
High-upside, risk-managed strategy: 3x tech/semis rotation with hedges. OOS Sharpe ~1.44 vs S&P ~1.40; Calmar ~1.93. OOS annualized return ~83% vs ~23% for the S&P, but with higher drawdowns (~43% vs ~19%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
