About
A very concentrated daily strategy that buys one of 4 mega-cap tech stocks—usually the day’s biggest loser after a drop of more than 2%, otherwise the lowest-priced share.
This strategy watches 4 giant tech companies: NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, and Apple.
If any one of them drops more than 2% in a day, it buys the one that fell the most that day, betting on a bounce.
If none of them drops that much, it buys whichever has the lowest stock price per share.
Out-of-sample, a megacap mean-reversion strategy with solid risk-adjusted performance: ~16.1% annualized return, Sharpe ~0.57, Calmar ~0.34. Provides tech exposure distinct from the S&P, but is highly concentrated and can incur large drawdowns.
