Daily 50/50 split: one sleeve chases tech stocks with a turbo (TQQQ), the other chases long Treasuries (TMF). A long‑term trend check and a short‑term hot/cold meter (RSI) decide when to ride, step to cash, or flip to inverse ETFs.

Your money is split into two daily-checked buckets (50/50). Bucket 1 (stocks): When the market (the S&P 500 fund “SPY”) is in a long uptrend (price above its 200‑day average), it rides a “turbo tech” fund (TQQQ). If that looks too hot short‑term (RSI ≈ a 0–100 heat meter) it parks in T‑bills (BIL). In weak markets it may try quick rebounds (TQQQ/UPRO) or switch to SQQQ (goes up when tech falls) or TLT (long Treasuries). Bucket 2 (bonds): Same idea for long Treasuries using TMF; in weak bond trends it may use TMV (up when Treasuries fall) or SPY. Uses 3x ETFs; very volatile.
