Tactical switcher: hedges short on fear spikes, cautiously buys big tech dips, and otherwise follows long trends between stocks and commodities with a bond‑trend gate for using 3× S&P. Can rotate into Treasuries, gold, USD, or commodities. High risk.

Three modes: - Panic: if a fear gauge spikes, use a 3× short S&P hedge (SPXU). - Tech dip: if Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) falls >3% in 5 days, park in short‑term Treasuries (SCHO) unless a deeper dip triggers a 3× rebound buy (TQQQ). - Normal: if stocks beat commodities, own S&P (often 3× via UPRO) only when bonds trend well; else hold the strongest of Treasuries, SPY, gold, or the US dollar. If commodities lead, hold PDBC. Uses 3× funds, so swings are big.
