Moves into 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ) when bonds and credit look okay; otherwise holds whichever is stronger: Treasuries (IEF), gold (GLD), or the US dollar (UUP). Very aggressive in risk‑on mode.

1) Check bonds vs cash: if 60‑day BND (bonds) beats BIL (T‑bills), backdrop is “risk on”; else go defensive. 2) If risk on and credit (HYG junk bonds) hasn’t fallen >2% over 45 days or is at least flat over 2 days, buy TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100). 3) Otherwise, hold the best of IEF (7–10y Treasuries), GLD (gold), or UUP (US dollar) over 45 days. Note: your text says UPRO (3x S&P); this version uses TQQQ.
