This is a rules-based playbook built with 3x funds. First it picks offense or defense. It also reads the trend in long‑term U.S. Treasury bonds: falling yields favors TMF; rising yields favors TMV/strong USD/shorts. In offense, it buys the most beaten‑up 3x tech/Nasdaq/semis/S&P fund over the last week, aiming for a quick bounce. In defense, it shifts to Treasuries, gold, the dollar, or inverse/volatility funds. Simple trend and hot/cold checks drive switches.
