About

Only buy the dip: if QQQ’s 10‑day RSI is washed out (<30), jump into 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ). Otherwise sit in T‑bills (BIL). Daily checks, one asset at a time; no symmetric 80 “sell” rule.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks QQQ’s 10‑day RSI—a 0–100 “recent‑moves” score. Below 30 means QQQ has fallen fast. If RSI < 30, buy TQQQ, a fund targeting 3× the daily move of the tech‑heavy Nasdaq‑100, to catch a rebound. Otherwise hold BIL, a short‑term T‑bill (cash‑like) fund. The 80 level is checked but doesn’t change the choice—still BIL.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~25% annualized return vs ~22% for the S&P, with risk-adjusted gains (Calmar ~1.10). Expect larger drawdowns (~23% vs ~19%), but faster rebounds by buying the dip in QQQ and staying in cash otherwise.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
