A daily strategy that buys the 2 strongest recent performers from a list of major U.S. stocks, but shifts money into Treasury bond funds when those stocks look weak or overly stretched.

Each day, the strategy looks at 10 big U.S. stocks and picks the 2 that have done best over the last month. It only buys those winners if their price trend still looks healthy and they are not too overheated. If a chosen stock fails those checks, that portion moves into safer U.S. Treasury bond funds (SHV, IEI, BIL) instead.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
