This strategy watches TQQQ, a turbocharged version of the Nasdaq-100. If TQQQ has fallen extremely hard over the last 2 days, it buys aggressive bullish funds tied to tech, chips, and calmer volatility. If TQQQ has surged extremely hard, it shifts into bearish tech funds and volatility funds that can benefit from a selloff or fear spike. Most of the time, it simply holds QQQ, a regular Nasdaq-100 fund.
