About

A tactical portfolio that shifts between aggressive stocks, balanced stock/bond mixes, and defensive alternatives using simple momentum and oversold signals on bonds and stocks to decide when to press, wait, or protect.
NutHow it works
It’s a rules-based switch. Think of RSI as a quick score of recent up vs down days (low = washed out). The 200‑day average is a long‑term trend line. 1) If bonds look stronger than “short stocks,” and QQQ is above its 200‑day, hold equally: TQQQ, UPRO, DBMF, EDV. If not above, hold VT. 2) Else, if QQQ looks very oversold, hold QQQ+VT. If not, hold VT+BND when Treasuries look firm; otherwise hold BTAL.
CheckmarkValue prop
A rules-based, regime-aware rotation across stocks, bonds, and alternatives designed to ride trends and reduce risk. Out-of-sample Sharpe ~0.73 and Calmar ~0.56 with beta near 1, delivering diversified, risk-adjusted exposure that complements SPY rather than chasing it.
