It follows Bitcoin’s ETF (FBTC). First, a quick pain check: if FBTC fell hard recently (≥4% in 3 days), it mostly sits in BIL (T‑bills) and only trades extremes (RSI, a 0–100 “speed-of-move” gauge). If pain is mild, it checks trend (75‑day average): - Uptrend: hold FBTC unless RSI is very hot (>70 → REKT) or very cold (<25 → LMBO). - Downtrend: park in USFR; still trade extremes (>70 → REKT, <30 → LMBO).
