Rebalanced daily. First, it checks if the U.S. market (SPY) is above its long‑term average. If yes, it goes risk‑on: when tech is very strong it concentrates in the 5 fastest climbers across AI/chips/cybersecurity/space/biotech/fintech/nuclear; otherwise it spreads across those themes. It also runs a separate emerging‑markets trade that flips long or short. If SPY is weak, it mainly holds inverse Nasdaq funds, sized by how weak conditions look and by simple bond risk gauges.
