About

A daily, rule‑based swing between 3x tech (TQQQ), cash/bonds, and tactical hedges (SQQQ/UVXY) using simple signals (trend, overbought/oversold, drawdowns). Seeks big upside with quick risk‑offs to cut damage.
NutHow it works
Daily, two‑part strategy sized by recent volatility (calmer part gets more). It rides tech upside but bails fast. Tickers: TQQQ=3x Nasdaq; QQQ=Nasdaq; BIL=T‑bills; SPY=S&P 500; BND/TLT=Treasuries; SQQQ=3x short Nasdaq; UVXY/VIXY=vol funds; SOXL=3x semis. Signals: RSI (0–100 hot/cold), 25‑day moving average (trend), 10‑day max drawdown, X‑day return. Rules: Very hot or whipsaw → BIL/UVXY. Trend up or washed‑out → TQQQ (sometimes SOXL). Risk flags → BIL/bonds or SQQQ. Else the strongest of TLT/VIXY/VTI/XLP.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~31% annualized return vs ~19.7% for the S&P, aided by dynamic hedging (cash/bonds/vol). Calmar ~0.97 shows strong risk-adjusted upside; leveraged tech exposure with built-in risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
