A daily, rules-based switch between aggressive tech (TQQQ), cash/bonds, or hedges (short tech or volatility). It buys TQQQ in uptrends or deep dips, and steps aside or hedges when markets overheat or sell off hard. Blends two rule sets, favoring the steadier one.

Each day it chooses among: TQQQ (3x NASDAQ‑100), SQQQ (3x inverse), BIL (T‑Bills), BND/TLT (bonds), UVXY/VIXY (volatility), SOXL (3x semis), plus VTI/XLP. It buys TQQQ when trend is up or after big dips. If prices are overheated or risk spikes, it parks in cash/bonds or hedges (SQQQ/vol). It runs two rule sets and leans more on the calmer one.
