This strategy spreads money across a basket of very aggressive investments: mostly funds that try to deliver about 3 times the daily move of parts of the U.S. stock market, plus Bitcoin through GBTC. It does not try to predict when to get in or out. Instead, it stays invested and adjusts position sizes based on the last 42 trading days: assets that have bounced around less recently get bigger weights, and wilder ones get smaller weights.
