A daily, rules‑based “offense/defense” system. When trends are strong it leans into fast tech/semis; when weak it shifts to cash/Treasuries, diversifiers (BTAL/KMLM‑style), or shorts/volatility. Uses RSI/short‑term momentum and bond signals to time moves.

First it checks the S&P 500’s long‑term trend. If up (risk‑on), it rides fast tech/semis funds (e.g., 3x Nasdaq/Tech/Semis) and buys dips, trimming when rallies look “too hot.” If down (risk‑off), it moves to T‑bills/Treasuries, diversifiers (BTAL/KMLM‑style), or shorts and volatility (e.g., UVXY/SQQQ/TMV). RSI is a short‑term “heat meter”; moving averages are trend lines. Bond trends steer long vs short Treasuries. Rebalanced daily.
