This strategy constantly checks whether stocks—especially U.S. tech—look too hot, too weak, or in a healthy trend. If stocks look overheated, it often moves into hedges like volatility funds, short funds, cash-like Treasury funds, gold, or defensive stocks. If markets look washed out, it may buy aggressive rebound funds, especially tech. It also rotates among bonds, commodities, the U.S. dollar, and emerging markets when their trends look favorable.
