1) First, it checks if the S&P 500 is in an uptrend (price above its 200‑day average). 2) If healthy: it rotates among stocks, gold, bonds, and cash based on short‑term “heat” (RSI) and trend. Overheated → take cash/hedges; oversold → buy bounces (often with bond ballast). 3) If weak: favor bonds, cash, and inverse/volatility hedges. 4) Rebalanced daily.
