This strategy checks the market every day and asks: Are stocks rising, falling, overheated, or suddenly beaten down? If conditions look healthy, it buys stocks and some other growth-focused investments. If conditions look dangerous or too hot, it shifts part of the money into safer places like short-term Treasuries, bonds, or gold, and sometimes even bets against the stock market. It also keeps smaller side positions in areas like commodities, energy, agriculture, and volatility hedges.
